FAQs

How do we get started?

1

The first step is to check my availability for your wedding date. Simply get in touch with your wedding date and a few details about your plans, and I'll let you know if I have space in my diary.

When you enquire, it’s helpful to include:

  • Whether you're looking for a completely bespoke design or a design from my existing collection

  • The stationery items you're interested in, such as save the dates, invitations, wedding day stationery or thank you cards

  • Any inspiration you already have, whether that's a Pinterest board, mood board or a few images that reflect your wedding style

This helps me get a feel for your vision and allows me to provide the most accurate quotation.

How do I secure my booking?

2

To reserve your wedding date, a 50% booking payment is required once you're happy with your quotation.

Once the payment has been received, your date will be secured in my diary and I'll begin working on your stationery design. The remaining balance will be due before your stationery is sent to print and production begins.

What happens after I book?

3

Once your booking payment has been received, I'll begin bringing your vision to life.

For bespoke designs, I'll use the inspiration you've shared to create a selection of original concepts tailored specifically to your wedding. You'll have the opportunity to review the designs, provide feedback and refine your favourite elements until we create something that feels uniquely yours.

For collection designs, I'll present colour palette and font options based on your chosen design and wedding style, allowing you to personalise the look to suit your celebration.

Throughout the process, I'll guide you through each stage, making any agreed amendments before final approval.

Once your designs have been approved and the remaining balance has been settled, your stationery will move into production and be carefully prepared before being delivered to you.

How long does a collection design take?

4

Most collection designs are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on the level of personalisation and the number of revisions required.

How long does a bespoke design take?

5

Bespoke projects typically take between 1–3 weeks during the design stage. This allows time for concept development, feedback and revisions to ensure every detail is just right.

Is there an additional fee for bespoke design?

Where are you based?

Do you work with international couples?

8

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

9

Yes. Bespoke stationery includes a one-off design fee of £365.

This covers the time involved in creating a completely original design, including research, concept development, artwork creation and any specialist font or image licensing required.

I'm based in Oxfordshire, England, but I work with couples throughout the UK and beyond.

Absolutely. I regularly work with couples planning destination weddings and celebrations overseas.

Where possible, I can liaise with local suppliers and printers to help simplify the process. If international shipping isn't the most cost-effective option, I can also provide professionally prepared print-ready artwork that can be produced locally.

I understand that plans can sometimes change.

If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Any design work completed, materials purchased or products already in production may still be chargeable.

As your booking payment secures your wedding date and covers the initial design work undertaken, the 50% payment is non-refundable. However, I will always do my best to be fair and transparent and will discuss any outstanding costs with you before proceeding.

Nothing makes me happier than hearing how much my couples enjoyed the process of creating their wedding stationery.

From the initial enquiry through to the final delivery, I strive to make every experience personal, enjoyable and completely stress-free. My aim is to create beautiful stationery that not only reflects your wedding style but also becomes a treasured part of your wedding journey.
